Online Release Form

Agreement I (The Artists or Artists Rep.) here by give Radio RessurWreck permission to air my mp3 file on the date(s) to be determined by RessurWreck Radio. I agree that I’m the sole artist or artist rep of the compact disc/ mp3 file and copyright holder of the material(s) that is being or has been submitted to RessurWreck Radio. Therefore RessurWreck Radio is not held responsible for any unauthorized material. I understand that this is a free broadcast and realize that RessurWreck Radio is for promotional use only and no payments/royalties will be made to the artists or artists rep. I give RessuWreck Radio permission to put my mp3 file in its regular play list. I understand that RessurWreck Radio is an “internet only” webcast and is not affiliated with any “over the air” radio programs. I (The Artists or Artists Rep.) understands that RessurWreck Radio “makes no payments” to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, Sound Exchange or any such institutions, but is to help promote up & coming Christian artists in order to gain exposure. RessurWreck Radio "Is" in the process of getting episodes into syndication with "over the air" radio programs. RessurWreck Radio airs "Content by consent" see online release form. RessurWreck radio "IS" a reporting radio station and reports its playlist weekly to the "One Accord Dj Alliance" which reports to "R&R" (Radio and Records Inc). Simply what this means is that if your on our playlist, you get noticed. I also agree that any free materials (such as free CDs,digital downloads, album artwork or giveaways) that I (The Artists or Artists Rep.) upload onto the internet and/or submit directly to RessurWreck Radio may be used at RessurWreck Radio sole discretion. I understand that Ressuwreck Radio is a “non-interactive” webcast and makes all decisions based on its lineup. Any request for songs aired, made by listeners by way of website, email or telephone are at R&R’s sole discretion.
